Through the
implementation of corporate governance, closed joint-stock companies will be
able to easily register their securities in the stock exchange, which requires
their shareholders and departments to follow the application of governance in
preparation for registeration in the stock market. The proper qualification of
public offerings or registration in the Stock Exchange is achieved through the
proper application of the principles of governance.
